Use of the CONFIDENT CARRY website constitutes agreement to our terms of use. We encourage you to review the following information carefully.

Purchasing Policy

Products and prices available online, either through ConfidentCarryMI.com or other online selling channels, may be different. All payments are required and processed immediately once order is placed. It is the customer’s responsibility to know, understand and comply with all federal, state and local laws related to firearms, their possession, transporting, and use in the customer’s local residency. It is also the customer’s responsibility to know, understand and comply with all federal, state and local laws related to the purchase of ammunition and magazines in the customer’s local residency.

Refund Policy

A 100% refund will be provided for up to 14 days from the date of purchase, but not within 21 days of the event date.

Refunds requested after 14 days or within 21 days of the event will be provided less the deposit amount.

Deposits are ½ of the class cost or $50, whichever is greater.

Alternatively, the customer may convert the payment in account credit toward another course occurring within 6 months.

Student Conduct Policy

Students attending Confident Carry training classes are expected to conduct themselves in a matter that will reflect positively upon the concealed carry and firearms owner community.

Students who are disruptive, discourteous, or who otherwise engage in conduct that is unsafe will be expelled from the class without refund.

Trademarks

CONFIDENT CARRY and other marks indicated on our site are trademarks owned exclusively by CONFIDENT CARRY. The use of these trademarks and trade dress is prohibited if used in connection with the sale of any product that is not CONFIDENT CARRY‘s, in any manner that seeks to disparages or discredit CONFIDENT CARRY or in any manner that may cause confusion among our customers.

Protecting Your Account

Some portions of this website permit username and passwords to be used. You are responsible for protecting your unique username and password and you agree to be responsible for all activities performed under your user account.

Website Policy

CONFIDENT CARRY makes every effort to provide accurate information on its website, including product information, however there may be errors. CONFIDENT CARRY reserves the right to update, edit or remove information or add additional description(s) to any content or product page when necessary. We do not guarantee the accuracy of product pages when conflicting information is present. Additionally, photos are provided for general use and may only display certain options and configurations.

CONFIDENT CARRY is not responsible for the performance of ConfidentCarryMI.com in any particular browser or on any particular device. Additionally, CONFIDENT CARRY is not responsible for the inability to use the website due to, but not limited to, the following issues:

License and Site Access

CONFIDENT CARRY grants you (the user) a limited license to access and make personal use of this website. This license does not include the right to download any material (other than routine page caching), modify any material, or any portion thereof, without the express written consent of CONFIDENT CARRY. This license excludes the download or collection of logos, product descriptions, pricing, text, graphics, audio and video clips, and/or copying account information.
